For our first event back we wanted to do something special to welcome everyone back and celebrate World Mental Health Day.
Join us for a special Sunset Yoga Session at Durham Central Park.
Just as a reminder, our classes provide attendees of all skill levels and backgrounds with a rewarding interaction between mind, breath and soul.
