ROUND ROCK, TX—The human body was not designed to have to endure the constant stress of life -changing events associated with illness, fear and exhaustion. In today’s social climate of having to navigate the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, it’s more important than ever to adopt healthy practices for bodies, minds and spirits.
Gentle Yoga for Terrible Times offers simple and accessible breathing exercises, stretches, and guided meditation for all levels of experience via a virtual experience. Held across multiple dates, participants will enjoy an hour of gentle yoga from the comfort and safety of their homes. These virtual events free to attend and are designed for those experiencing exhaustion, stress, burn out, or for those looking for an opportunity to relax and nourish the mind, body and spirit.
